So Much Snow

It's winter and it's snowing. Big surprise. I was over it before it even began. Seth has been helping Sal snowblow, with supervision, of course. Looking forward to Spring.

Sarah's First Date

Sarah has been talking to a boy at school, and she mentioned they'd like to hang out. We were forecasted to get slammed with a winter storm and snow was projected to be 6-11." No way was I going to drive to the movie theater in that. I suggested that his dad drop him off at our house and they could watch Netflix and hang out. Connor's dad dropped him off shortly after 2pm and they spent the afternoon, with the occasional interruption from Seth, watching movies. He stayed for dinner as well. Emmy and I made stuffed shells, and they were yummy. I don't know how into Connor Sarah is, but he seems to like her. He seems like a nice kid to me, and his dad as well.

COVID

Well, for nearly two years we have managed to avoid this virus, but it hit Sal, Seth, and me around the new year. Seth ran a temp for about 24 hours, which was easily managed with Tylenol. Sal and I had more of the cold-like symptoms they say to expect. Aside from a lingering cough for both of us, we feel fine. Now I'm trying to decide where I want to travel with my newfound immunity.
